We implement both large- and small- scale evaluations, using quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to focus on baseline, mid-term, and final phases of projects and programs. In addition to collecting data for each study at different stages of each project, JaRco provides recommendations on how to strengthen the project, including suggestions on designing and revising project objectives and strategies as well as streamlining indicators.
