JaRco provides technical advisory and capacity-building services to development and humanitarian organizations, project implementers, research institutions, and evaluation partners. Drawing on our multidisciplinary expertise and extensive experience across Africa, we provide tailored support in research and evaluation design, sampling strategies, methodology development, survey instrument design, data quality assurance, and analytical approaches.
We also strengthen the capacity of partner organizations through training, mentoring, and hands-on technical assistance. CAPACITY BUILDING
JaRco provides tailored capacity-building and training programs designed to strengthen the knowledge, skills, and systems of organizations and their teams.
We deliver customized training for managers, M&E professionals, researchers, field teams, and project implementers across monitoring and evaluation, research methods, data collection and quality assurance, results-based management, and other thematic areas.
Our support combines formal training, practical workshops, on-the-job coaching, technical backstopping, and follow-up support, ensuring that learning is translated into improved day-to-day practice.

DATA QUALITY ASSURANCE
At JaRco, data quality is integral to every stage of our research, monitoring, and evaluation work. We apply rigorous quality assurance protocols to ensure that the data we deliver are accurate, complete, consistent, reliable, and fit for purpose.
Our quality assurance process begins with the careful recruitment, training, and testing of field teams and continues throughout data collection, supervision, validation, analysis, and reporting. We use multiple layers of review and verification to identify and address potential errors, inconsistencies, and data integrity issues.
JaRco’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) embed quality controls across the entire data lifecycle, supported by experienced supervisors, technical specialists, and in-house quality assurance systems.
Through these measures, we provide clients with credible, defensible, and decision-ready data they can confidently use for program management, evaluation, learning, and strategic decision-making.
