The RLA is five-year USAID funded project to provide support to its resilience partners with learning, collaboration, and research around resilience issues in Ethiopia. RLA serves as a “learning sidecar” to USAID/Ethiopia and it’s implementing partners, helping them to better understand what relief and development interventions can help make households, communities, and systems more resilient to increasingly persistent shocks and stresses. RLA provides support with learning processes and frameworks, development and consolidation of learning and research agendas, and support to resilience partners for adaptive management, results measurement, and the increased integration of systems thinking and rapid feedback into their respective toolboxes.
JaRco is one of the consortium members of the RLA project, lead by LINC INC, JaRco is responsible providing leadership and overall implementation of the RLA’s Objective 4 – Resilient Innovation and Scaling. The overall objectives of this scope are to identify good practices and frameworks for scaling innovation; to build and facilitate RLA’s innovation learning platform; to share lessons about innovation scaling; and to establish CoPrs on scaling and innovation.
