JaRco was contracted to conduct the endline evaluation of CRS’s DAP II and conducted both quantitative and qualitative data collection in order to assess the opportunities and challenges encountered by the program, the weaknesses and strengths of the program and lessons learned by the program. JaRco then provided recommendations to improve program performance and effectiveness, especially with relation to the design and implementation of the program.
