The overall objective of the final evaluation for this project is to assess and provide a broader overview of the extent to which the Community Based Emergency Response to Reduce Acute Malnutrition and Improved Access to Nutritional Support and CARE Project achieved its stated objectives. In addition, the study aims to derive lessons learned and formulate recommendations to guide future programming. To that end, JaRco was contracted to conduct quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis in the 4 regions where the project was implemented.
