Provision of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Technical Support to implementing partners. The technical support include the review of existing tools, and where required design and implement, MEL tools including data collection instruments, and reporting templates and guidelines that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of MEL processes. In addition, undertake a comprehensive needs assessment to customize the support provided, ensuring it aligns with the specific needs of the PEMS Program and partners’ Capacity-Building and Cross-Learning Initiatives, utilizing the existing Community of Practice (CoP).
