Generating evidence to improve learning outcomes and strengthen education systems.

JaRco provides research, monitoring, evaluation, and learning services across the education continuum, from pre-primary and primary education to secondary, Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), and university levels.

Our experience includes conducting learning and educational attainment assessments, including the Early Grade Reading Assessment (EGRA) and Early Grade Mathematics Assessment (EGMA), as well as evaluations of education programs addressing school feeding, gender equality in education, student retention, and school dropout.

We combine quantitative and qualitative research methods with direct learning assessments to examine not only educational participation and access, but also learning outcomes and the factors that influence them.

Through rigorous evidence and context-sensitive analysis, we help governments, development partners, and education stakeholders understand what works, for whom, and under what conditions, supporting more effective and equitable education policies and programs.
