NUTRITION

Generating reliable evidence to understand malnutrition and strengthen nutrition programming.

JaRco provides research, assessments, monitoring, and evaluation services to support the design and implementation of effective nutrition programs in both development and humanitarian contexts. Our work helps partners understand the prevalence, severity, and underlying drivers of malnutrition and identify appropriate programmatic responses.

Our experience includes nutrition situation analyses, anthropometric assessments, household and community surveys, and studies examining dietary practices, food security, maternal and child nutrition, and the underlying causes of malnutrition. Our teams are experienced in collecting and analyzing high-quality anthropometric and nutrition-related data using rigorous and standardized measurement protocols.

In emergency and vulnerable settings, JaRco combines field-based evidence, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and contextual understanding to assess nutrition risks and identify populations requiring particular attention.

Through rigorous data analysis, reporting, and practical recommendations, JaRco provides credible and actionable evidence that helps governments, humanitarian organizations, and development partners strengthen nutrition interventions, target resources effectively, and respond to emerging nutrition needs.
