JaRco supports government institutions, development partners, and civil society organizations through research, monitoring, evaluation, and institutional capacity building aimed at improving governance, public service delivery, accountability, and institutional effectiveness.

Our work includes evaluating governance and service delivery programs, assessing institutional capacity and performance, and conducting quantitative and qualitative research to understand citizens’ perceptions, experiences, priorities, and expectations regarding public institutions and services.

We also provide tailored training and technical assistance to government agencies and other institutions, strengthening their capacity to plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate programs and use evidence effectively for decision-making.

Through rigorous research and participatory approaches, JaRco generates credible and actionable evidence that helps partners strengthen institutional performance, promote accountability and responsiveness, and design more inclusive and effective governance programs.
